THE IPS CONSULTANTS STORY
IPS Consultants was founded in 2003 by Simon Fonteyn, whose vision was to achieve complete transparency in the Australian retail-leasing sector. In 2005, Simon founded Leaseinfo (www.leaseinfo.com.au which grew to be the largest online provider of Retail Leasing Data in Australia. In 2017 Simon and Leaseinfo founded Accurait (www.accurait.com.au ) which was the first in Australia to use Machine Learning to read Commercial Leases. This was developed in partnership with CSIRO’s Data 61.
At the end of 2021, Leaseinfo and Accurait were acquired by FLNT (www.flnt.com.au) a Proptech investor. The following pictorial represents the lifecycle of Leaseinfo, Accurait and IPS.
